our story
Pão de queijo holds a special place in Brazilian culture and in my heart.

Hi, I’m Patricia.
I grew up in Passos, Minas Gerais, Brazil—the birthplace of true and authentic pão de queijo.
Pão de queijo has always been my favorite food, and I started making it for one simple reason: I missed the taste of home. Growing up in Minas Gerais, this beloved snack was part of everyday life, and nothing compares to the warm, comforting flavor of real Minas cheese bread.
Our recipe is more than just a blend of ingredients—it’s a tradition passed down through generations in my family. When I moved to the United States, I carried that tradition with me. As I began baking pão de queijo here, my family and friends fell in love with it from the very first bite. They always came back for more, and their enthusiasm inspired us to share this piece of our heritage with the community.
Today, we’re proud to bring authentic Brazilian pão de queijo to our local neighborhoods, inviting everyone to discover a new favorite snack—one that’s simple, delicious, and made with the same love and tradition that has shaped it for generations.
